Kristina Broci

Kristina is an international employment lawyer at MDR ONE with experience in advising companies across a wide range of sectors on all areas of employment law, including large-scale redundancies, reorganisations and employee exits, misconduct and disciplinary issues, performance management, post-termination restrictive covenants, business sales and share acquisitions, as well as outsourcing arrangements. Kristina also has particular expertise in navigating sensitive strategic employment law matters, particularly those carrying reputational risks.

Kristina qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and in 2020 relocated to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to join the Employment & Incentives team of a leading law firm in the Middle East & North Africa, spending over three years in the region. In the UAE, Kristina supported domestic and international clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters spanning the UAE and the wider Middle East. Additionally, Kristina has also advised on immigration law matters in the employment context, facilitating global assignments, including cross-border intra-group employee transfers.

Kristina is actively engaged in delivering external employment law training sessions to HR professionals and in-house lawyers. She also contributes articles on employment law for publication, underscoring her commitment to sharing knowledge and insights within the legal community.
