Jenna is an Associate lawyer at MDR ONE. She is currently on secondment to the Mishcon Hong Kong office as APAC Employment Counsel (Registered Foreign Lawyer) where she focuses on providing in-time zone support to clients across the APAC region.
Jenna has experience coordinating extensive, multijurisdictional projects helping clients to achieve a cohesive and consistent global approach to employment issues whilst recognising the legal and cultural nuances that operating in each specific jurisdiction brings.
Jenna regularly advises clients on a mixture of day-to-day HR queries, restructurings and contentious employment issues including senior exits and investigations. She understands the importance of providing practical and commercial solutions to legal problems.
