Emily is an Associate and international employment lawyer at MDR ONE. She provides clients with considered and straightforward support across the team’s full range of services.
Emily has a background as a UK employment lawyer and HR advisor, and since joining MDR ONE in 2021, has worked with clients to solve their people issues on a global scale. Emily has extensive experience of employment law matters in EMEA and LATAM, and particularly enjoys working on cross-border Advisory Projects and Day-to-day HR matters in these regions.
Emily is responsible for MDR ONE’s knowledge management and plays a key role in collating and sharing valuable content internally and externally. Emily is also passionate about wellbeing and learning development, acting as an MDR Wellbeing Champion and mentor to junior members of the team.
