Andy is an Associate lawyer at MDR ONE. He began his career as a UK employment lawyer before joining MDR ONE in 2024 to turn his focus to solving people issues globally. He supports clients across the full spectrum of services, with a particular focus on cross-border Advisory Projects and M&A Support.
Andy takes a commercial, pragmatic approach to delivering solutions for clients. He has provided legal advice in respect of more than 50 jurisdictions worldwide and has extensive experience supporting clients in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
