Jo is the Head of the MDR ONE business, and a partner at Mishcon de Reya.
Jo specialises in advising senior HR and legal leaders on complicated and sensitive international people challenges covering everything from managing difficult cross border investigations and large transformation projects to sensitive C-Suite exits and complaints. Geographically, the nature of her work is global, with a large proportion of her experience being within EMEA.
Jo’s passion is running a business that thinks about, and executes on, the delivery of legal services differently and in a way that continually evolves to support what in-house legal and HR teams need from their outside counsel. Jo is proud to work with likeminded people. The greatest compliment Jo has ever been given by a senior in-house employment counsel is that the MDR ONE business does something “actually useful”.
